FEE SCHEDULE -- EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2006

I. PLANT MIX OWNER/OPERATOR MEMBERS

A. The annual dues for each Plant Mix Member are $500/per plant, $1000 minimum. Principals who own two or more companies and who are either full partners, chairman of the board, president, or substantial owner of another company must pay the dues of $500/plant for all plants for EACH company.

B. In addition to the annual dues. Plant Mix Members will be assessed 2.4 cents ($0.024) for every ton of HMA produced (both governmental & private). Principals who own two or more companies an dwho are either full partners, chairman of the board, president, or substantial owner of another compnay must pay assessments only on the combined tonnage from all plants. Plant Mix members will be on an honor system to report their tonnage on a quarterly form mailed from the IAPA office.

Example 1: If a member has One (1) plant and produced 80,000 tons, they would pay:

Example 3: If a member has interest in Three (3) different companies running Ten (10) plants with a total annual production of 1,500,000 tons, he would pay:

Company A (2 Plants, @ $500/plant)
