The Illinois Asphalt Pavement Association is a not-for-profit trade association composed of Hot Mix Asphalt producers (and affiliated companies) serving the Illinois market.

Formed in 1938 as the Illinois Bituminous Distributors, the name was changed in 1941 to the Illinois Blacktop Roads Association, and ultimately renamed the Illinois Asphalt Pavement Association in 1967.

We’ve consolidated a lot of information into this site, with the intent to help viewers locate and access factual information about Asphalt and it’s many benefits.
